Child discount fare

There is child or infant discount fare for International flight.

CHILD 2-11 years old - CHARGE 75 % of the ADULT FARE

INFANT with a SEAT under 2 years old - CHARGE 75% of the ADULT FARE

INFANT without a SEAT under 2 years old - CHARGE 10% of the ADULT FARE


*Child must be ACCOMPANIED on all flights with adult who is 18 years old (some airline allow with 12 years old) or older.
*Some low fares don't have child discount, but still infant without a seat must get discount fare.

UNACCOMPANIED CHILD UNDER 12 years old- CHARGE 100% of the ADULT FARE


Total air ticket price is sum of fare, tax, fee, and fuel surcharge.

Total Price = FARE + TAX & FEE + FUEL SURCHARGE

TAX & FEE for going to Japan is usually around $80-90.
And from last year, infant doesn't need to pay fuel surcharge anymore, so now baby without a seat can travel with the total lowest price around $150.

Last year, ticket price for even no seat baby was around $700 !!! because of the fuel surcharge (some airlines collected fuel surcharge around $600).

So now is the time to travel to Japan!
